Founder and CEO William Denny is a Chicago native and a pioneer in the Roscoe Village neighborhood.  He lives in the area and is vested in the development of the community. Before completing his masters degree in business, William spent his undergraduate summers learning the trade by rehabbing homes. It is during that time that he learned that finding the best "tradespersons" for each phase of construction was the foundation for success.
